Brakes

Do you here squeaking when you brake? Does your brake peddle feels soft or spongy? Does your car shake when you brake? When it comes to safety and the brakes on your car there is no messing around. Sometimes all you need is a simple brake pad replacement or a rear brake shoe reline. As your vehicle gets a little older, has higher mileage and more wear and tear other brake system parts will start to fail like masters cylinders, brake calipers and wheel cylinders can start to leak causing much more serious concerns and possibly causing your brakes to fail completely. If you suspect your brakes are in need of service stop by and let us do a free brake inspection and give you an affordable estimate for any maintenance or brake repair work needed.

Steering & Suspension

Have you noticed your tires wearing uneven? Does it seem to take longer when you make a turn for your car to respond. Does your car make noises when you go over even the smallest of bumps in the road? You could have worn out steering or suspension parts in the front end of your vehicle. Eventually as your car gets higher mileage on it tie rod ends, ball joints, bushings and even the rack-n-pinion steering gear will start wearing out causing looseness in your steering. This can cause you to have less control and more wear on your tires. When you stop in we can do a free steering and suspension inspection along with an affordable repair estimate if anything is found in need of replacement.

Engine Repair

Is your check engine light on? Is your car hard to start, running poorly? These and many more problems can be caused by something not working correctly with your engine. If you are having problems with the way your engine is running our technicians can perform an engine diagnosis to determine what is causing the problem. We offer free written estimates for engine repair and all our work is fully guaranteed.

Cooling System Repair

Florida is well known as an “extreme heat” state. Keeping your car’s cooling system in top condition is extremely important especially if you are driving in a lot of stop and go traffic. Even the best maintained vehicles will from time to time experience a leaking radiator, water pump or coolant hose. Electric fan motors will wear out and cause overheating. It is extremely important if you find your car overheating that you don’t keep driving. Extended periods of your engine overheating can cause cylinder head gaskets to leak or the cylinder head to crack and in some cases complete engine failure. If you find you are having to add coolant or notice the temperature gauge running to high, stop in so we can help you assess what is going on. We do free cooling system inspections and always provide affordable estimates for needed repairs.

Drivetrain Repairs

Do you hear clicking noses when you turn? Does your car make a clunking noise when you put it into gear? These are indications you could have problems with your drive train. Your drive train is responsible for transferring the power from you engine to the wheels on the ground, propelling you forward or backwards. Your drive train depending upon what type of vehicle you drive consist of a number of parts working together like u-joints, drive shafts and differential gears. In front wheel drive setups CV axle shafts connect between your transmission and the front hubs. In rear wheel drive vehicles long driveshafts run from the transmission back to the rear differential gears that turn the axles. Our highly qualified technicians can perform a free drive train inspection and provide an affordable estimate if any components are found in need of replacement. All of our drive train repair work is fully guaranteed.

New Port Richey Fl Auto Repair
5/5
I was very impressed with the service given and pricing. The owner (Tony) went above and beyond to take care of my car. He could have easily taken advantage of me like most car repair places do but he did not. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, then had me Google the parts and also pricing of other repair places to do the same repair and gave me almost 40% off compared to what everyone else was charging. Not used to this type of treatment by a repair shop, pleasantly pleased. Me and my wife will definitely be bringing our cars to him from now on!
